The services here were great, located just a short distance from Canal Park in Duluth, close to the University, and there's a fantastic steak house nearby.

The room had a nice decoration and a comfy couch 🛋. The staff here were excellent - they were super helpful and answered all my questions.

there was no refridgeratoer in room or microwave when I asked why they said only certain rooms had them the room smelled like mold and the staff was very unattentive for 80.00 dollars a night Could have better

Location: This place is so convenient because it's close to Canal Park 🌊, the charming town of Two Harbors just 20 miles away, and also near the Miller Hill Mall, Downtown, and West Duluth. You're never far from all the action!

This place may be small, but the rooms are just right. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, with easy access to the restaurant we planned to visit. This made it convenient for us to reach the main attractions. 🌟

We truly enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. The location was favorable and perfect, close to local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated and large. The hotel is right by Canal Park in Duluth on the Minnesota side, and it's convenient for meals downtown.

The overall location was good. The proximity to destinations in Superior was good. The overall rate was acceptable.

The bathroom was not completely clean and the staff did not hesitate to discount our stay which was nice. Getting in and out of the location was difficult based on location and traffic(one way street too). But, the biggest downfall was that Superior was much less desirable than Duluth. We will stay in Duluth next time we visit.
